An Exposition – Table Top Display, being part of the Congress, will be held on the 22nd International Forging Congress. Exhibits will cover the forging products, equipment, materials, auxiliary equipment and related services or items, etc.

Welcome forgers, equipment manufacturers and companies or institutes/colleges & universities related to forging production to participate actively. As the stand is limited, we hope that exhibitors will only display your products or services with pictures and leaflets, of course the small models or forgings are accepted.

Please note that only registered as delegate could possess the exhibition qualification.

Standard Stand: 2m×2m with Price of RMB 37,500.00, Price includes:

• Space fee.
• Stand designing, manufacturing, construction and removal.
• Display panel developing and arrangement (the content, including picture and information for panel, should be supplied and the design of panel will be checked and confirmed by exhibitor.)
• One desk and four chairs.

Space Rental:The Raw Space could be available, RMB 8,000.00 per square meter. One exhibitor could rent, no more than 16 square meters, the space such respectively as 3m×2m, 3m×4m and 4m×4m. Exhibitor has to build and remove the stand by himself according to the <Exhibitor Manual> issued separately later.

The Organizer will distribute not less than 5000 Expo-Catalog, include:

• Company, address, telephone, fax, and e-mail.
• Introduction on exhibits and services (within 300 words)

The Expo-Catalog will distribute not only to the delegates in the Congress, but also to the professional audience in the MetalForm China 2017, held by Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry.

(4) The exhibition hall layout will be planed upon hall size, No. of exhibitor, exhibits request and arrangement of Congress coffee break.

(5) The exhibition hall layout will be provided in December 2016, and the exhibitors can confirm his locations according to the order of payment.

(6) Exhibitors must provide related materials and assistance on time according to the Organizer request and bear all the consequences due to the time delay on own reason.

(7) All cost and fee, including VAT for Small Scale, is calculated based on RMB. VAT invoice will be available.

Dear exhibitors, thank you very much for your taking part in the 22nd International Forging Congress held by Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry. Please read the Manuel carefully to know the process of how to take part in the Exposition-Table Top Display and to help you have a good result.

Exhibitor

Only the company whose staff has registered as formal delegates at 22nd International Forging Congress could take part in the Exposition-Table Top Display and the entire booth staff must be the registered delegate. All of visitors are the participants of IFC2017.

 

Requirement of Exhibits

Only pictures, brochures/leaflets and small models, as well as small samples and light forgings could be permitted to display during the Congress. The size of models should be kept in 1mx1mx1m, and the weight of samples and forgings could not be over 100kg.

Time-Table of Site Operation

Technical Specification for Exhibition Hall

Electricity supply, 220V, will be available without 380V power supply during the Exposition-Table-Top-Display.There is no supply of water and pressure air. Any equipment displayed is not permitted.

Freight Forwarder

No heavy or large items are displayed in the Exposition- Table Top Display. The Organizer will not take an Official Freight Forwarder.

 

Official Stand Contractor

All of Build-up of stand/booth should be taken by an official stand contractor through the Organizer.

 

Rental

The furniture out of standard items could be rented through the Organizer. For the detailed, please refer to Form-02《Application Form of Furniture》.

 

Cancellations

Exhibitor, who cancel their participation with email/ written cancellation letter/fax received.

 

By 16 July 2017, will have all of charge refunded, less an administration charge of RMB1,000.00

From 16 July to 16 August, 2017, will have 20% refund of all of charge.

After 16 August 2017, will have no refund of all of charge.

 

Chick-in

The Chick-in could be taken on Registration Desk for IFC2017. The persons without registered as an attendee of IFC2017 will not be allowed to work for exhibition before and during the Expostion-Table Top Display on site and to take part in the Congress sessions.

 

Important

1. The products displayed must belong to the exhibitors themselves. Any exhibits and information unrelated the Exposition-Table Top Display is forbidden.If not, the Organizer has the withdrawal right of the stand, and all of expenses due to this must be borne by the exhibitor.
2. All or the part of stand shall not be allowed by the exhibitor to be used by third party in charge or free of charge. Any of the permission is null and void.
3. The exhibits and information shall comply with China national policies, regulations and laws.
4. The smoking in Exposition hall is forbidden. Please take smoking outside of the hall or in the smoking area. Inflammable and explosive articles shall not be brought and used in the hall. During the Exposition, any articles shall not be stacked or left on the walk way and spare space.All of the exhibits and hanging items must be kept in the inside of stand.
5. The advertising activities taken must be kept in the inside of stand. All of the exhibits should be ready for visit during the Exposition. Any publicity activities are forbidden such as distributing leaflets, brochures and magazines etc., as well as displaying the exhibits and racks, and taking movable propaganda.
6. The exhibitor should be responsible for the observe order and safety, as well as control the quantity of visitors in the stand. Please take a necessary measure with the Organizer when an emergency occurs.
7. During build-up and cleaning package, surplus and residual materials, the walk way and main pass could not be occupied by the a.m. goods. When the dismantling and move-out, please clean your stand. The exhibitor must bring all your belongings, especially valuable items. The articles left will be taken away as the rubbish.
8. Any damages of the hall due to build-up, decoration, dismantling and moving-out etc. by the exhibitor must be paid for by yourself.All of claim to Organizer due to the exhibitor must be compensated for by this exhibitor.
9. All of transportation and build-up must be carred out in the scheduled time, it is could not do during the opening time.
10. Connections of the power supply (cabinet) must be taken by the stand contractor requested by Organizer. If not, all of losses due to this should be compensated for by the related exhibitor.
11. All of electricity will be supplied by the Organizer’s supply cabinet. Any exhibitors could not change the supply, and if not, all of losses due to this should be compensated by the related exhibitor.
12. The electrical socket is only used for TV, projector, laptop and normal electrical appliance.
13. All of the electrical items including the connector, light fitting, tools and electronic gears must be certified by China and all wiring and cabling connection to be installed according to local requirement. The electricity requirement for lighting and power should be applied separately before the opening of Expositon.
14. The exhibitor must be responsible for the showing safty of the exhibits. All possibility of injures to visitors must be protected by an efficient measures, such as laser, leakage of harmful gas,exploding of liquid and chips flying etc.
15. The exhibitor must be responsible for the safety of stand staff during build-up, opening and dismantling.
16. Please take more attention to your belongings such as cash, camera, photo recorder, and laptop etc. All of losses will not be compensated for by the Organizer.
17. Please execute the command of field personnel, and comply with the Organizer's schedule.
18. Overtime due to the exhibitor, the extra cost for the exhibition hall should be paid by related exhibitors. The cost is RMB80,000.00 in 2 hours (including 2 hours), RMB160,000.00 over 2 hours.
19. Painting, decoration, damages on the floor, walls, pillars and passageways, as well as exsited building items, facilities and equipments will be forbidden. If happened, the related exhibitor must bear all expenses.
    

Build-up

Standard Stand,2m x2m，will be buid-up by official stand contractor assigned and requested by Organizer. The booth for Space Rental, 2m x3m, 3m x4m and 4m x4m, will be designed and built up by the official stand contractor through the Organizer according to the exhibitor’s expectations.

The booth for Space Rental, 2m x3m; 3m x4m and 4m x4m, will be designed and built up by the official stand contractor through the Organizer according to the exhibitor’s expectations. The exhibitor has the right to supply the designing solution and ideas upon the following style. The cost will be canculated by the Organizer according to the official stand contractor price and will be paid by the related exhibitor upon the invoice from the Organizer.

Notes

 

1. The size of the stand/booth is 2m×2m, 2m x3m, 3m x4m and 4m x4m，the height is 2m。

2. The height of all of the exhibits should not be over 2m, and placed outside of stand/booth is forbidden. Otherwise, the Organizer will ask you to correct it and all expense should be borne by the exhibitors.

3. Nailing, painting, foaming adhesive and strong viscose on board, as well as cutting of the board, is strongly forbidden.

4. No any change the stand including not limited of decoration and position and its afflicted items is permitted. Any security problems or damages happened due to this, the related exhibitor should bear all of losses or expense.
